Industrial Facilities

With over 35 years of experience, Tekeli Group has shaped the future of various sectors by realizing numerous turnkey textile and food facility projects across
Turkey, Turkmenistan, Egypt, and West Africa.

Our expertise covers a wide spectrum — from ginning factories, Open-End and Ring spinning facilities, and integrated denim fabric production and garment factories, to flour mills,
industrial bakeries, cotton oil, cleaning and packaging plants, as well as soilless greenhouses and orchards.

As Tekeli Group, we successfully completed our first turnkey project in 2024,with the commissioning of a ring spinning factory in Turkmenistan.
Today, we are continuing the design and engineering works for two new spinning facilities, scheduled to begin
operation in 2026 — reflecting our commitment to continuous growth and innovation in the textile industry.

In these key areas of the textile sector, we deliver comprehensive turnkey solutions, viewing every project not merely as a facility, but as a value chain that creates long-term success.

Beyond constructing new plants, we also assist our clients in the turnkey relocation, refurbishment, and recommissioning of second-hand facilities,
standing by them with our technical expertise and hands-on experience.

Tekeli Group collaborates with investor companies in the design, construction, installation, commissioning, and operation of ginning factories, spinning mills, and integrated textile complexes. With its extensive technical expertise and international experience, our Group not only builds facilities but also creates added value for national economies and makes significant contributions to employment through its projects.

Central Asian countries and Africa have placed great emphasis in recent years on the establishment of food processing and packaging plants. These investments play a strategic role in increasing local production capacity and ensuring food supply security. Tekeli Group has successfully implemented numerous projects, including industrial bakeries, flour mills, rice cleaning and packaging plants, and edible oil processing facilities, gaining extensive experience and expertise in turnkey food industry projects on an international scale. With the continent’s growing population, urbanization, and changing consumption patterns, investments in food production and processing capacity have become more important than ever across Africa. In this context, Tekeli Group aims to play a leading role in supporting food supply security in Africa and to contribute to the continent’s sustainable development goals. Beyond constructing new facilities, the Group is committed to increasing local employment, facilitating technology transfer, and building value-added production chains that strengthen local economies. Furthermore, by including fruit and vegetable drying and freezing facilities among its new investment areas, Tekeli Group aims to contribute to Africa’s agricultural production capacity, export potential, and overall food security.

At Tekeli Group, we attach great importance to ensuring that cotton produced in West Africa and Central Asian countries is processed into textile and ready-made garment products within the same regions. This approach not only strengthens local production chains but also ensures that the added value remains within the producing countries, supporting sustainable industrial growth. Ready-made garment facilities are among the industrial sectors that contribute the most to employment, particularly for women and young people.

Building on the extensive experience gained from the commissioning and operation of garment facilities in Turkey, Egypt, and Turkmenistan, Tekeli Group aims to play a pioneering role in the establishment of modern garment factories across the African continent, with a particular focus on West Africa. Our goal is to combine local cotton production with modern technology and skilled labor to create integrated production ecosystems — from cotton to garment. Through this vision, we aim to strengthen regional economies, increase export potential, and support the development of a sustainable industrial infrastructure.

Tekeli Group combines its strength across diverse
industries to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high value–added
solutions in every project.
